La fraîcheur, la jeunesse, la tendreté sont les caractéristiques les plus évidentes de ce fromage fermier savoyard. Le nom dérive du verbe reblocher, "traire une seconde fois". Le reblochon est en effet issu du lait de la seconde traite des vaches, plus riche et plus épais que celui de la première traite et non écrémé. Fromage bien proportionné, à croûte fine et veloutée qui, en bouche, laisse un délicat arrière-goût de noisette....
